We began in 1952 providing taxicab service to the Bridgewater area. It is from these solid roots that we have expanded our services, service area, and fleet to respond to the diverse transportation needs of our customers. A&A Metro recently provided transportation for our team's trip to Boston. Our driver was a real pro, and he made our trip pleasant and worry-free. The bus was awesome; plenty of storage, comfortable seats and an ultra smooth ride. When you have 40+ high school kids to transport, the last thing you want to worry about is getting to your destination. Jeff was able to get us to the tournament site from the hotel, on time, every time, without a hitch. We can't wait to see him again when we go to our next competition in Richmond, VA.

This letter is being written to you to acknowledge the kindness that one of your employee’s has shown to a student. Every afternoon, Joe A. parks his van and patiently waits for his student to finish her class. Today was a difficult day for the student. She was feeling exceptionally week. I asked Joe if he could carry her book bag and his response was “I always do!” As I handed him her book bag he reached out his arm so that she could hang on to it as they walked out. Arm in arm he escorted her to her awaited vehicle. How fortunate for my student that she has a thoughtful and compassionate gentleman assist her when an extra hand is needed.
Please commend him for the kindness he showed today.

I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service we had with A&A Metro on our trip to Woods Hole over the weekend—our bus drivers were extremely friendly and fun, especially Jeff, who contributed a few questions to our Cape Cod trivia on our ride down, and Steve, who kindly joined us for dinner on Saturday night after driving us all around the Waquoit Bay in the afternoon. Richie also quickly returned us safe and sound to Boston on Sunday morning.
